Hi. I have a question along the same line. When I make or receive a call my 
cam seems to take several seconds to kick on and the other people are 
impatient and hang up. Is this normal ? <and I don't mean about them being 
impatient <smile>. Right now I don't have "send video" or "receive video at 
the start of call" checked...and when I did, there seems to be no difference 
in "cam on time". Thank you in advance.
