 Ok thx.....but mine takes much longer <at least for "my video window" to be 
on so I can see myself>. Is it possible that my cam is really on <for the 
other party> before my video window kicks in ?. I always have the window for 
the audio level showing <not the one that shows who's in the meeting> and 
when I see the green volume level bar kick on, I then hit send video. Thanks 
again.
