 Doesn't seem so. When I make a call and don't see a green bar, I can't even
use text let alone video or audio....the chat window never says "in a call
with 1 other person". As far as having a connection....what I meant is when
you make a call......."1 connection" is displayed at the top of the NM window
way ahead of the other party picking up OR not accepting your call.....when
there's an actual connection or a not accepted call, the "waiting for a
response from" window that is overlaid on NM window disappears. Have I
confused you now ? I hope not because that's my Netmeeting history before
anyone picks up or refuses to accept...... and if I don't see the volume bar
lit up after the phone starts ringing I hang up and try again. In all of my
calls, when the green bar didn't lite up, nothing happened on either side.
