This won't solve your problem -- it does nothing to allow incoming calls
through your firewall ( that requires some sort of gateway/gatekeeper
software - the new ISA server from Microsoft and Sorenson's Glasses product
( in beta) could fill the bill).

If your technical staff were in a conference hosted on the Conferencing
Server ( and it was outside of the firewall or accessible from both sides of
the firewall - I am assuming that whatever firewall you are using has H.323
support to allow two way audio/video) -- clients could call the conferencing
server and be connected.
