I just sent email to the WG chairs alias asking about this. I'm proposing that minutes for interim meetings be linked off the "Minutes" page too, as they are already for conference meetings (http://tools.ietf.org/wg/netmod/minutes) Using the meeting manager tool I have access to, I can see a list of all the interim meetings that were scheduled in 2014 and 2015. And I can drill down to find the link for the minutes that were uploaded for that meeting. Looking at the results (see below), I see that the minutes were uploaded for about 1/2 of the meetings. In some cases, this is an error by the chairs forgetting to upload them or not knowing that they should and, in other cases, this is because (I speculate) that the interim meeting was cancelled and was left dangling. For interim meetings that took place and yet missing minutes, Tom and I will work to get them posted.
