Done.  I tried to capture some of Andy’s follow-up comments, too.  While XPath 
is likely already present, I think perhaps a simpler syntax might be considered.

[JMC] I very much agree with this.  I debated whether to add it as a GitHub 
requirement as it moves away from something simpler.  But in my experience with 
YANG-based templates, programmatic constructs like conditionals and simple 
loops have been very helpful.
