Hi, Kent,
I raised the similar comment in the shepherd review, Med enlightened me that it
is not an error to have a normative reference to RFC 8792, as it is listed in
the Downref registry (https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/downref). Perhaps I
should update the write-up to reflect this explicitly (I will do that). Other
warnings/comments are either innocuous or intentional, But I will let Med to
reconfirm this as well.
