Since following this advice, long menus no longer scroll with the 
wheel. RO 5.16 and r13295.

Example site - http://www.tvguide.co.uk/ - scroll to the bottom of the 
page and click on the "Add Channel" menu - you have to use the scroll 
bar to scroll the menu.
