Interesting question - Teamware putbacks unassisted by wx will handle
the rename without any other change just fine. Additionally, suggested
copyright update policy is to only update on significant changes, and a
rename without any other change doesn't seem to qualify. Thus I think
wx is in error for complaining here.
wx shouldn't complain unless you accidentally added the file to the
'active' list.
that's what i did - that would explain this.
And Dave's right about the copyrights. More forcefully: we must _NOT_
update copyrights unless there's a non-trivial change to the contents.
The copyright year, licensing terms, and even most comment changes
don't qualify.
