I was part of the team who created the 'VLAN interface' so I have
some experience in that area. What you're seeing may be down to
what you expect.
If you're expecting to see VLAN packets counted in the 'ce:0' kstats
then you wont, they're counted on ce:<vlan><instance> kstats.
Snoop does a similar separation, you will not see vlan packets on ce0
but you will see packets with the Tag removed in the vlan interface
ce123000.
If you're expecting something else let me know.
