I believe that sort of support is coming in Phase 1. Contact the project team ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) for details. Regardless of the features that project will eventually deliver, though, I think it's far easier to set up a DHCP server so that you don't have to suffer through manual configuration for each node on the network.
