I've full throughput. @ 1000Mbps I can reach ~200kbytes/s (roughly 1,6Mbps...).

What build or version of SXCE or 2008.11 are you running ?
This could well be fixed in later versions as per this bug:
http://bugs.opensolaris.org/view_bug.do?bug_id=6727113
There is a workaround you can try in the above bug report if you don't want
to upgrade as yet.
Work Around
If LSO is disabled, the scenario mentioned in the Description Field can be
eliminated.
To disable LSO, in e1000g.conf, add
lso_enable=0,0,0,0;
