The only thing that was working was to use version 5.2.8 of the e1000g driver. 
But with build 105, this is not possible anymore :-(

What I'll do is to force in e1000g.conf @ 1000fdx instead of letting the device 
negotiate and see but it's time consuming. I'm already taking care of 450 
solaris server during the day :-) I don't have much time at home :-)
