Is this a single stream? All your traffic appears to be hashing
to e1000g1. You are already using L4 policy (transport protocol
information such as ports). If you have multiple streams and are
still getting the same results, try a different policy setting
(e.g. dladm modify-aggr -P L3,L4 aggr1). The man page does explain
this rather well.
