Sofar I have only had the time to experiment with the Xeon box, and IOMMU 
enabling seems to have helped. I'm going to keep checking if the connection 
stays up and will report back on this. Testing on the Atom box will have to 
wait till sometime next week when I will have some time to rebuild it. I will 
also have had plenty of time by then to have read all the related tickets that 
have been offered up by all of you.
