Thanks for the reply, sorry for the (small) attachment.

It is an ISA card out of PnP mode at IRQ=3 and I/O=340.  On your suggestion,
I tried the linuxconf and thought I set it correctly, but I receive an error
on shutdown saying no NEx000 at 0x154.  I entered 340, this is still in hex
right?  Is there something else I need to change?
