I'm using straight LILO.
Like I mentioned in the first reply, this was the first time I'd ever
played with DOSemu, so I'm by no means a guru on it. You might try
checking the documentation in /usr/doc/dosemu-<blah> to see if they
cover the System Commander scenario.
