Well Mobos come in threecommon persuasions, mostly, these days, ATX, 
microATX and Flex with a few NLX types left around and a few old ATs 
fast being totally superannuated.

ATX is the largest and microATX and FlexATX should (TM) fit those cases. 
 If your P3 is an ATX, then any AthlonXP board from a manufacturer for 
retail boards should fit.  The one exception wouls be the backplate that 
covers the connectors extending off the board, however you can run 
without it and many mobo manufacturers supply a press-in backplate with 
the mobo.

In an InWin 500D Case with a 180W power supply, I have an ASUS A7N266-VM 
with 512M DDR and an Athlon XP 2200, two heavy drives (IDE 40 and 60 G) 
and a single CDRW/DVD drive.  It runs quite well.  The board is a Micro ATX
