"you get what you pay for" is an interesting comment to make on a Linux mailing list! A PII 400MHz equivalent is hugely over specced for many tasks, especially without a gui, or on a low-usage home network. And the fact that it's silent, rather than just quiet, means a lot to me in terms of domestic harmony. RichardA
