mkdir /var/urpmi/rpms
mkdir /var/urpmi/headers

urpmi.update -f   (to force rebuild)

If all else fails cd to the directory on the CD containing urpmi then
rpm -Uvh --oldpackage urpmi-blahblah.rpm  to reinstall the original version
