Aaagh, not FrontPage! That program is responsible for more botched HTML than anything ever written.

I go along with the consensus that Netscape/Mozilla Composer is a good WYSIWYG tool for beginners. OpenOffice also exports reasonable HTML - not exactly elegant code, but standards-compliant.

Personally, I'm very happy with Bluefish. For long, multipage documents, though, I often use LyX.
