G'day, well this is a clean install of Mandrake from scratch, I've done almost no stuffing around with it - I'm just beginning to find my way around, reading things and watching the pretty visualizations in XMMS :) So I don't think anything should be corrupted this early... But I tried, went to add/remove programs: it took me to a page which let me add programs, but I couldn't see any way to remove anything. Anyhow, I installed it again, thinking that maybe it would write files over the old ones.
