Adolfo, For the newbies who are still not very conversant with Linux in general and Mandrake in particular, please can you show (or refer us to a place which will show this) how this is done?
With all respect to Linux, it would be nice to use the computer as we all did under M$ Window$. What I did was to recompile the kernel turning ACPI on. (a few days ago somebody said that it has nothing to do with it.
