As mean and horrible as it sounds, Xtart (THANKS CIVILME!) is NOT installed by default, and you have to MANUALLY install it. I know that this is a horrible, terrible oversight on the part of the MDK development team, and I know how horrible and terrible it is to install an RPM, but lo, this is the truth of the matter - it has to be manually installed.
