If you want to force the upgrade, try "rpm -Uvh --nodeps libdvdcss...." the other thing to try would be to delete libdvdcss by "rpm -e --nodeps libdvdcss" The graphical way to do this would be to open up drakconf/Software Management/ and run rpmDrake to delete libdvdcss, and use rpmDrake to install libdvdcss from PLF.
