That is a Prism2 card. The driver should already be present in Mandrake.  
(assuming you are running Mandrake 9.2) You should not need to compile 
anything.

Install the wireless-tools RPM from your CDs and then when you plug your 
PCMCIA card in you should hear two beeps of different tone.
Open a terminal, enter su to become root and enter

iwconfig

If the card has been recognised you should see something there.
Then just go through the Wizard in Mandrake Control Centre>Network and 
hopefully it will be able to configure the card for you.
