Which mirror (ftp site)? This may be indicative of a mirror problem. Such as too many anonymous users logged in, mirror down or dropped hosting for the Mandrake tree (think stealthnet), or "Other." BTW the command in your subject line doesn't exist to the best of my knowledge.
