Well from a commercial point of view.
1. www.sophos.com has a Linux anti virus client, its easy enough to install as 
long as you have glibc installed, well an up to date version that is. The 
linux .tar.gz file(s) are all on the cd's and I can reccomend it, as I use it 
personally at work, and it works like a dream.

2. www.drweb.ru is a Linux based virus scanner, I have not used it yet so I 
cannot vouch for its reliability, however it is mentioned during the MDK 10 
CE install process and therefore I am led to believe that it cannot be all 
that bad? I am planning to set it up and run some tests with it. 

But in all honesty if you have access to a legal copy of sophos, then I would 
reccomend it over anything else. We have never had a single issue with it to 
this day, and we have been using it for quite some time now !
