I went to private school from year three and forward through to year 12 - at parochial schools, nonetheless. So yes, mostly my grammar and spelling are correct along with my phrasing - I used to do quite a fair amount of writing - either poetry, short stories or technical reports and documentation. Pfftp!

Grin! I agree with everything except the part about there's a point to be missed. Sure it makes sense to see this as an opportunity, but I don't think Sympa was built with the idea of being a teaching tool.
Everything else was "Bang-On" though! On the other hand, think of the "learning experience" that Microsoft became to us all! Boy did we learn a lot about BSOD's, bugs, viruses, and getting ripped off!
That is, IF you started out with Windows...I, my dear sir, didn't - Windows was merely a break between OS/2 and, well...er, OS/2...although I did use Windows quite a bit between 1998 and 2000...
One last item. Can we please not get into the "Beer" thread again? The bandwidth that it chewed up last time is still being felt in some countries! Grin!
