For those who will eventually move to 10.1, Kmail has a few new features added in, including one that lets you specify certain folders as containing mailing lists. One of the options when you do that is to specify the reply to action as either reply to individual or reply to list. Once you specify, you don't need to worry about any of that, hitting reply automatically sends the response to where you want it to go. -- Bryan Phinney
