Have you tried looking for this device under HardDrake?  It looks as though it 
should be possible to mount it as a removable device, as most usb cameras 
are.  If that's so, set 'user' on the advanced tag, then let HardDrake write 
a line to lilo, and you should then be able to see it in Konqueror.
