Yeah. Sure!
I have a pentium 100 with 24 MB mem and 300 MB HD, and I configured it as
a firewall between my intranet and the internet. It works great!
Take a look at the ipchains-HOWTO (and others like ipmasquerade,
firewall, ...), you'll find everything you need.
