Aaron....the way my system works is:

1. I use BootMagic as a muli-os boot manager on a scsi system.
2. BootMagic is installed on a small dos partition (6.22) on
sda1
3. There are 2 Linux systems on sda5-7 & sda8-10
4. There's a win98 system on sdb1.
5. BootMagic is able to detect and boot the win98 partition.
