GQview ( http://gqview.sourceforge.net/) does everything you want I think.

Quanta ( http://quanta.sourceforge.net ) and Bluefish (
http://bluefish.openoffice.nl/ ) are the two best HTML editors on Linux. Quanta
reminds me more of Homesite though. I don't think they have everything you
want, but you can try them for yourself.
