I don't know what you are looking for in the way of specs.  Most will be running
Apache on a Linux platform (usually Red Hat from what I hear).  To me, Linux
Friendly means they have a staff that are knowledgable about Linux and ready
to help get set up.  Browse through http://www.eskimo.com and you will see what
I mean.
