John; No Sweat! I'm already running the same O/S's on an Athlon with absolutley
no prob's. Do the cd-boot install. It'll go fine. When U get to the
Install-GUI, it'll see your Win Me partition. Click on the white
(empty)hard-drive partition that U want to use, and select "Auto-Allocate" at
the bottom of the window.  That's the hard part done. Not sure about the
modem/sound card thing though. Good Luck. Let us know how it went. P.S., one
thing I've noticed is that it seems to work better if you leave "PnP O/S"
enabled in the BIOS, and sometimes if your hardware doesn't work right on the
first install, re-install it. That seems to clear up a lot of prob's.
