[newbie] Where's sndconfig ?

Hallo!

I had some configuration problems, so i have installed 7.2 again.  What
is not working is the SB32 pnp... sndconfig is not in the path (and i
haven't been able to find it) and DrakConf - hardware says that /dev/dsp
is busy  8-?

Note:  it's been working under this installation, but it stopped doing
so  8-?
