I don't see why you can't. I have both Win95 and Mandrake Linux 7.2 on the
one HD dual booting. I'm new to Linux myself and haven't noticed any speed
increase overal yet. I gather that might come in later when I learn to
recompile the kernal to take advantage of my particular system. The others
here may have some better ideas and some advice.
