[newbie] Keyboard def problem in LM 7.2

I have just upgraded my wife's computer from LM 7.1 to LM 7.2

I now no longer have the choice of Latin-American keyboard def in the Control 
Center.

Is there anyway I can recycle the LM 7.1 definition file ?

Where would I find it, and where should it go ?
