I have a linux mail server on my network that is checking mail over a dialup link once an hour. I'd like to setup a batchfile that I could run on another windows computer when I want to check mail on the linux server in addition to the once an hour check. While I can set this up pretty easily in Linux, I have no idea how to do it in Windows. Is there a series of commands I can issue from windows to do this automagically? It really needs to be a file so my wife can run it without trying to get into the server.
