open up netconf

(From your Kmenu>Configuration>Networking)
Select Host Name +IP button 
Select Adaper 1
Select eth0 as the net device
Select Via-rhine from the drop down box for kernel module

Thats it.


I have that card and it was auto detected perfectly. I wonder if you have an 
IRQ conflict.?  Might be an idea to check wuth HardDrake
