Any recommendations? Thanks. This is absolutely not what you are looking for, but why not back up your windows data, wipe the drive, repartition and install clean? You get the added benefits of "refreshing" Windows. I *never* do an overlay install. I find the time it takes me to back up, reformat, reinstall, re-configure is more than repaid by the time that I DON'T spend trying to fix things which are mysteriously broken. Probably not that helpful, but I thought I should pipe up. ~ C -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Processed by Mailcrypt 3.5.6 and Gnu Privacy Guard <http://www.gnupg.org/> iEYEARECAAYFAjyg6uwACgkQBiw56jISYlDd4ACdFKcagr8EmcQFI3N2EWk9mpUA ZWYAoMfqmNYjH3kHHbEOQEvierFPSsJz =qmfv -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
