They have binary rpm for mandrake 8.1 and 8.2  works great and its as simple as installing the rpm and answering any questions.
 
they have drivers for nearly all HSF and HCF connexant modems.

Hi everybody,
As a new user to ML8.1, I wish to have some hepl, how to install the connexant modem driver (hsflinmodem-4.06.06.01beta.tar) to get my winmodem working.
 
Can someone inform me if internet browsing under Linux is quicker than browsing under Windows9X.
