No one entity should control the 'Net, of course. That's why I think this ORSN
looks like a good idea, from what I've read. It sounds like they are largely
independent of any government control, perhaps an 'Open Source Internet'?

In the end, no one really *can* control the 'Net or shut it down or break it or
whatever. Anytime someone has attempted anything of the sort, they have failed
miserably, most notably China, despite help with censoring and tracking software
from a US corporation called 'Microsoft' ;-)
