Did you ever look in the settings for konqueror to see what diretories
it scans for plugins if you have the nsplugin installed.
Once you see where it scans for plugins then see if you can install
flash to that dir , or you can install flash to the konqueror plugin dir
as it does ask you where to install flash when installing it...
