will give this a try, I did put the _new_ sticks in my main box,
same MB, to test each one, successfully. I haven't run any memory
testers on them tho'. The new box is up and running well now, thanks
for all the help/advice ;)

Thanks for the advice guys, havent had time to plugin the server.
but the PSU has dust on both fans and even the case fans. As Anne
mentioned was a problem she had. I am getting a "as static free 
environment as I can" an prepare for some cleaning.

I did get a tester and the lil _green_ light came on for the new
PSU and even the server one, 8) and I tested the voltage to be sure,
seems to be ok, we'll see. Thx again.
