The most vexing recently might just be the obscure package I want to use ... Gourmet, a recipe database program. In trying to load it in Mandrake, I just gave up when packages had dependencies with dependencies with dependencies some of which were looking for older versions than what came with MDV 2005. I also had problems trying to get Gwenview at one time and then f-spot. I guess the problem might be me and not Mandriva. <grin> I'm still a newbie.
