The canned Thank you letters already contain a heading (name, address,
bus/org, city, etc.) and salutation line. If the one you're trying to edit
is screwy, look at the other thank yous and cut-n-paste from them. If you
want to add more fields (like Amount) you can hit (in Mac, I don't know the
PC method) squiggle-m and a box will pop-up with field choices. Hope this
