In Canada we have cycle lanes, they are easy to tag but in Ottawa we

Cycle = yes would seem like the best idea for this one.
The city also has some roads that are recommended for cyclists but not
signed, typically these connect roads with cycle lanes or dedicated
cycle paths.

Not to sure on this on.

Then we also have dedicated cycle paths with a line down the centre to
divide the flow where pedestrians have priority. These become ski
trails in winter. Possibly as a path with pedestrians, and cycles
allowed perhaps even March through November?

Best to tag the times that it can be used by cycles?
Thanks John
