Yes, it could be a single carriageway, four-lane (five-lane?) street in town. I'll have to think about that. Outside of town, the dividers are more substantial, usually with concrete barriers or a wide brushy median. About half the roads get a pass through the divider, and about half don't, so I think it fits the trunk criteria there.

Which ever it is, primimary or trunk, if pavement is divided only by continuous center turn lane in town, where u-turns are possible everywhere even if not legal, shouldn't it be mapped as a single two-way way ?
